Terms of payment

Terms of delivery, exchange and return

The delivery of the treasure map takes place immediately after payment by delivery of a download link. The books and stuffed animals are delivered within 3-5 working days. For the delivery of books and stuffed animals, we will charge you the following packaging and shipping costs.

Plush toy, combination package or several books: CHF 8.00

Germany

Book: Euro 1.60

Rest of the EU

Book: Euro 5.00

MyCityHighlight AG does not guarantee any damage or defects in the goods resulting from or in connection with the use of the goods. Unusable, still unused goods will of course be exchanged. MyCityHighlight AG is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the goods.

For order processing, MyCityHighlight AG stores your personal data as far as permitted by law. MyCityHighlight AG reserves the right to use this data for checking the postal accuracy or credit verification.

MyCityHighlight AG is very keen to fulfill your wishes. Therefore, your data will be stored exclusively for order processing. In this case, no data is transmitted to third parties and stored there, since the processing takes place in the context of order data processing.
Prices

Price changes are always reserved. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.

Withdrawal and jurisdiction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within seven days from the date of the order without giving reasons. This excludes products resp. Documents (eg treasure map), which were sent online.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to respect the withdrawal period, the date of dispatch of your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal is decisive.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you immediately for any payments we have received from you (including delivery charges) and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this Agreement. Prerequisite for the repayment is the return of the ordered items.
